We appreciate your participation in the 2024 International Computer Symposium (ICS). The ICS 2024 will be held at the Activity Center, Taipei Yangming Campus, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.

How to Register

  • Click the "Register!" button at the bottom of this page to register.
  • The early bird discount rate is available by Sept. 20, 2024.
  • Registration requires a major credit card account (VISA, MasterCard, or JCB).
    • Credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway through Hua Nan Bank.
    • Your credit card statement will show expenditure for this charge to “Poetry-Life Professional Conference Organizer.”
  • Registrants in Taiwan have the option to pay the registration fee via a local bank wire transfer. Please contact Mr. Yung-Ming Chiu (pobsadue@poetry-life.com) if you need any assistance.

Note:

  • At least one author registration is required for each accepted paper by Sept. 20, 2024.
  • The author and regular conference registration includes the following benefits:
    - A USB with Proceedings
    - Access to all plenary, oral and poster sessions
    - Admission to the banquet
    - Refreshments during coffee breaks
  • The student conference registration includes the following benefits:
    - A USB with Proceedings
    - Access to all plenary, oral and poster sessions
    - Refreshments during coffee breaks

Cancellation Policy

  • All refunds/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Oct. 9, 2024.
  • There will be an administration fee of NT$ 1,000 deducted from each refund.
  • Please note that registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable After Oct. 9, 2024.
